We facilitate  Sustainable Development Data

On September 27th 2015, 193 world leaders committed to 17 Global Goals to achieve 3 extraordinary things in the next 15 years. End extreme poverty. Fight inequality & injustice. Fix climate change.

On September 28th, 2015, The Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data officially launched. In creating this page, we launch an initiative to join multi-stakeholders, governments, civil society, private sector, international organizations, academic, statistical and data communities, and networks in Global Partnership for Sustainable Development of Data so as to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

How We Hope To Achieve This

  • Leverage visual analytical techniques to support multi-stakeholder data initiatives which connect the data revolution in achieving the SDGs;
  • Utilize creative styles and visual storytelling techniques to organize and simplify, available data so as to increase their accessibility, comprehensibility, share-ability and re-usability at local levels;
  • Contribute to filling data and information lacuna, by simplifying and visualizing original data leveraging infographics techniques towards achieving SDGs;
  • Assist in developing and building support for international principles tying together and making meaning of the data, including opening, simplifying, sharing the current and privately held data leveraging visualizations;
  • Assist in organizing local, regional, and global data events to advance increasing connectivity, collaboration, and innovation towards achieving and measuring the SDGs.
